Can I send my subscribers an email if they actively cancel their subscription?

Yes! 

When a subscriber or an administrator actively turns off the autorenew setting for a subscription, some merchants want to send an email to the subscriber confirming their subscription has been cancelled. 

To activate this email, open Conjured Subscriptions, click "View Details" next to your Subscription Box, and navigate to the "Email Settings" tab. Scroll down to the section titled "Autorenew Off / Cancellation Email", change "Enable Autorenew Off Email?" to "Yes", and save your changes at the bottom of the page. That's it! 

Remember, all emails sent by Conjured Subscriptions support full HTML markup, so it's easy to make them match the branding of your existing email marketing campaigns. If you don't feel comfortable with HTML, we recommend using your email marketing platform (such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp) to design the emails, and then export the HTML to paste into the body of the app.
