My Friend made a purchase, but I haven't received my Advocate reward – why?
In order to protect against fraud, Conjured Referrals offers the ability for you to add a delay between the time the Friend makes a purchase and the Advocate receives their reward email. By default, new campaigns are set to wait 1 day after the Friend makes a purchase to send the Advocate reward.
The app also confirms that the order has not been cancelled or refunded, and that the Advocate is not blacklisted, before sending the reward.
If your Advocate hasn't received their reward email, confirm that you've waited long enough since the Friend has made their purchase, that the order hasn't been refunded or cancelled, and that the Advocate isn't on your blacklist.
