There are a few reasons your Friend might not have received their email.

The most common is that you have your campaign set to send referrals to "New Customers Only" and that your Friend's email is associated with a previous order within your store. Check the Customers section of your Shopify store to confirm whether or not your Friend has previously placed an order. If they have, the referral email won't send to them. You can optionally enable a "Non-New Customer" email to be sent instead by going to the Email Settings tab of the Campaign Details page within the app.
