How can I look up a member?

There are two ways you can look up a member. 

The first is by going into your Shopify Customers section, and searching for the associated customer by name or email address. When you click on that customer, there will be a section that shows all active subscriptions.

Clicking the "View subscription" link will take you to the member within Conjured Memberships where you can manage their membership details.

The second way is by opening Conjured Memberships and clicking on the Members menu item.

You can search by name and email, or filter by membership type and status. Once you find the member you're looking for, click the "View details" link to manage their membership details.
