How to Add a "Manage Membership" Section to Your Customer Account Page
Note: This feature only works with the New Customer accounts option. If you are using Legacy customer accounts, you can follow the steps listed at How can I add a link to my membership dashboard to my customer account page (legacy)?
With our Membership Management profile block, you can let your members manage their subscription from their Profile page. This will allow members to change the Tier/Plan, update their payment information, and cancel the membership.
To add this block, follow the steps below:
- Go to your Shopify Admin > Online store > Themes > Customize.
- From the dropdown, select "Checkout and new customer account"
- Click again on the dropdown and then click on "Profile"
- Add our App block "Membership Management". Then click "Save". You'll see the preview of the Manage Membership block.
The text can all be customized or translated in the theme editor by clicking on the app block:
Save your changes, and that's it! Your members can easily manage their memberships from their account page.
