How do I update a member's next charge date?
Sometimes, you may need to adjust a member's upcoming charge date perhaps due to a special offer, a pause in service, or a billing adjustment. This guide walks you through the steps to easily update a member's next charge date within our Conjured Memberships app:
- Go to the Memberships tab
- Click the Edit button
- Click on the Members tab
- Look up the member's email or name and click on the View details button
- Click on the Edit button (next to "Deactivate")
- Add the new charge date and click on Save
Once the new date is saved, you will see it reflected in the Next payment field.
Notes:
- Please enter dates in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. All times are in United States Mountain Time.
- If you upgrade this membership to a more expensive tier above, the next charge will occur immediately, regardless of the date you set here.
