How do I update a member's next charge date?

Sometimes, you may need to adjust a member's upcoming charge date perhaps due to a special offer, a pause in service, or a billing adjustment. This guide walks you through the steps to easily update a member's next charge date within our Conjured Memberships app:

  1. Go to the Memberships tab
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Click on the Members tab
  4. Look up the member's email or name and click on the View details button
  5. Click on the Edit button (next to "Deactivate")
  6. Add the new charge date and click on Save

Once the new date is saved, you will see it reflected in the Next payment field.


Notes:

  • Please enter dates in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. All times are in United States Mountain Time.
  • If you upgrade this membership to a more expensive tier above, the next charge will occur immediately, regardless of the date you set here.
