What happens if a membership charge fails?
When a membership charge fails, you have the option of sending the member an email and attempting rebilling. In order to set up this email and your rebilling attempts, head to the Email Settings tab of the membership details page and scroll down to the section marked "Rebilling attempts".
When you enable rebilling attempts, you can set both how many times you want to attempt rebilling if the charges keep failing, and how often Conjured Memberships should attempt to rebill the membership.
Each time the membership charge fails, the Failed Charge email will send to your customer.
