How can I send a free gift to my members on signup?

As a thank you to your members for signing up, you may want to send them a free gift after they sign up.

To do so, select the "Free gift upon signup" option on the perks page. Select the product you want to send, and then choose how many days after signup the gift order should be added.

We recommend sending the gift after a few days to provide a delightful surprise to your new members. Note that the gift order will only be created if the associated membership is still active. If a member cancels their membership before the gift order is created, the free gift will not be sent.
