How do I edit restricted content pages in the Shopify theme editor?

Shopify doesn't provide a way to display the restricted content pages in the theme editor any differently than for the public-facing theme. This means that to be able to edit pages which you've set as being restricted, you'll need to log in as an existing member within Shopify's theme editor.
