How can I implement Free Shipping to my members using Intuitive Shipping?
If your store is not on Shopify Plus, the easiest option for offering free shipping to your members is to create a discount code for free shipping, applicable only to customers with the membership tags. For more information about how to do this, refer to the tutorial How can I implement Free Shipping to my members using a discount code?.
This tutorial offers instructions for how to enable free shipping using
Intuitive Shipping. If you'd like to use a different app, refer to the tutorial

NOTE: Use partner referral code "conjured" to get discounted pricing with Intuitive Shipping.
Start by installing Intuitive Shipping in your store.
[NOTE: Use partner referral code "conjured" to get discounted pricing with Intuitive Shipping.] Click "Get Started" to sync your store to the app, click through the onboarding, and then click "Create Scenario" to add your store's standard shipping rates for non-members. Since Intuitive Shipping will be controlling all your shipping rates, including for non-members, this step is important.
Once you've added your non-member shipping rates, click "Create Scenario" again. Give your shipping rate a name, such as "Members Only Shipping", and then add two condition based on Customer Tag. Copy your membership and tier tag into the app, set your shipping rate to $0, and click save.
Then hit save. Your members now will see the free shipping rate at checkout!
NOTE: Shopify caches shipping rates! This means that when rates are retrieved for a combination of products and shipping address, Shopify caches the rate on their servers for around a day. If you're testing and not seeing the new rates, try changing the shipping address. Even changing one letter in the customer name will force the cache to reset.
